All inspections include the use of a thermal imaging camera which can detect non-visible items of concern.
The Thermal Imaging camera detects differences in temperature, which can indicate where moisture may be present when readings show very cold temperatures, fluctuations in temperature can also indicate where insulation in walls & ceilings may be missing/misplaced.
The use of thermal imaging on exterior and interior walls, ceilings and bathroom surfaces provides a good indication of the overall condition and health of the building.
The Moisture Meter is used to detect moisture beneath a surface up to 20-40mm. This can assist when identifying where moisture may be tracking beneath a surface.
